No access to admin page

Hi, a newish user here (<1 month) with a RN102. All working OK today until installing new apps - now unable to access admin page.
Have tried:
1. access from other computers / browsers
2. have tried re-install of firmware (twice)
Neither has had an effect on access to admin page problem.
Other info:
- data on the disks is still available (I can see data via SMB and there is no problem with data)
- media server is also working.
- discover function works
SSH not installed previously so unable to browse system.
Review of fora shows similar problems but I don't see a solution for my particular situation.
Any advice gratefully received.

  • What is the current FW version on your RN102?
    What new apps have you installed?
    Have you tried doing a reboot on your RN102?
    Do you have a backup of all data stored in your RN102?
