ReadyNAS Replicate keep failing

Hello Guys, our ReadyNAS replicate jobs keep failing and reporting that ' report was not received in 2 Mins, device initialization failed'.

 

The following have also logged in the leafp2p logs:

Can anyone please tell me what causing this?
