<Coming back to this two years later>
I had bought two new ReadyNas Ultra 4's at the same time, I let one sit in the box until the warranty had expired. That's this one.
At the time I had to have something quickly, so I bought a new Ultra 4 Plus and moved on, put the (seemingly) bricked Ultra 4 back in the box, and I'm just now getting back to it.
The warranty has expired, is there a procedure to reload the OS from USB as a last ditch attempt? I've tried the factory reset procedure several times, I never get the boot menu. Just an alternating flashing block and underline character.
