Hello djxtc,
This could mean that one (or maybe more) of the disks has gone bad. Problem is we do not know which disk/s.
You could have followed mdgm suggestion since brand new ReadyNAS OS6 units come with free 90-day technical support over the phone, chat and email. In case you encounter any problem with the migration or if you need to, they will walk you through it.

The 90 day free technical support may not cover help with attempting to recover data from an array taken from an old ReadyNAS unit.
