Yes
I suggest accessing the NAS with ssh, and then check that your data is there (ls -als /data).
The logs show that the volume is mounted, but I am seeing unexplained BTRFS timeouts:

You are running very old firmware (6.6.0 - released in 2016). You appeared to make an attempt to update to 6.10.10 on 19 Feb

You did NOT enter the mdadm command as I gave it to you. I don't know why, but you entered one command for each disk, instead of just one command.
You got away with it. But if you don't know linux, it is particularly important to be very careful on what you enter.
The next thing is to confirm that your shares are there:
ls -als /data
If you see the folders for your shares in the output, then I suggest rebooting the NAS in read-only mode. Then see if you can access the shares over the network. If you can, then back up the files to other storage.

Guess What.
I can access the data. Now after i login in Volume read only mode.
