Streaming to iPad 2 - what are the options?
Just got my iPad 2, what apps do peope use on the iPad to connect to a ReadyNas to view video - I have an NVX.
I am happily streaming to the SmartStor Fusion Stream on my iPhone4 and iPad1 from my ReadyNAS NV+ (4.1.7) with the ReadyDLNA add-on enabled. This iPhone/iPad app automatically found my server and displays videos full screen on the iPad. Best of all, it's free!
As for the material I'm streaming, it's MP3 audio and M4V video files ripped from DVDs using Handbrake. I haven't tried other file formats yet.
