rn104 cannot update from firmware 6.2.5 to 6.5
i'm being urged to update to 6.5.0 for remote acces, but every attempt to load version 6.5.0 seems to fail. No message, it just still shows 6.2.5 after firmware install and reboot. I have also tried offline FW update, with same result.
Mac OSX 10.11.5

For remote access? You mean by NETGEAR Support?? If yes, did you simply tell that the upgrade doesn't work? Maybe it's related to the reason why you're contacting them in the first place...
