Can't Copy a several selected files
Hi, just got my NAS 2 days ago and still a complete noob at this, but I'm finding one or two issues.
The main one I've just found was weird - and I could not figure out why files weren't copying across from one part of the drive to another folder - just some random ones - but then I realised what was (well, not) happening.
From the shares window, drilling down into subfolders, I can "select" several files, using the usual shift-click to select adjacent files, then drag and drop - but it only copies one file - the file the mouse was on when you were clicking to drag the lot across! It LOOKS like multiple files are selected, but not working for copying.
Help please if I'm doing something wrong or is this undiscovered as yet?
Richard

- RichkiddyAspirantSurely SOMEONE knows the answer???
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserI am not seeing this on my RN102. cntrl-a, cntrl-click, shift-click, cntrl-shift-click all work as expected (and copies the files I selected).
Did you try resetting the file permissions in the share? - RichkiddyAspirantDefinitely NOT working on my 104 with 3 disks in xraid.

- ledridgeAspirantHas anybody determined what gives the shift-click ability. I have two different machines both running chrome where one can do it and the other can not.
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserWhat happens if you copy from windows explorer, and not the browser?
Also, are the download settings in chrome set the same in both systems?
