Cannot see the files Related to my User folder

I tried but did not solve the problem. I have now 2 other symptoms on top, I tried and used search bar in the windows explorer to find my missing user-folder and it was found and now displayed, clicking on it results in the following message:
Verify that you typed "FolderName1" correctly, and try again. Windows can´t find "\\NASname\FolderName1". The name might be misspelled.
Clicking Troubleshooting will result in: NASname exist but Windows can´t find "foldername1".
Error code: 0x80070035.
A few months ago I reininstalled windows on my main laptop, every thing was working after but the only thing changed was that my now missing user-folder was inside a new created share folder called home. Wondering if therfore now using this 2nd laptop the path to my user-folder is not correctly displayed and causing all of this?!
The 2nd thing is that one of the other share folder is giving my following error when I want to acces: Windows cannot access \\NASname\ShareFolder2. You do not have permission to access \\NASname\ShareFolder2. Contact your network administrator to request access.
I did not change anything concerning share permissions or passwords..
Getting really confusing for me and no idea what to do :(
P.S Do not understand why the Model is as Inappropriate Content reported, I bought a RND2000V2 and seperately 2 Hard disks..

I don't have any idea what you are talking about with "inappropriate content".
What firmware are you running though?

You only see the home folder when you are using admin credentials with the NAS. So that must be what you have set up on the main laptop. As admin you have access to all the user folders.
That main laptop still works properly? What version of Windows is it running?

If you are still using admin credential, then you will see home, but not the user folder. (You might see an admin user-folder though - not 100% sure about that since I am not a v2 owner).

If you changed the username in the windows credential manager then that can result in different permissions (since the permissions depend on the user and group).
I'm not completely sure what credentials you set up with the NAS (in Windows). Did you enter "admin" credentials or credentials for a NAS user?

at the end I could solve this and I can see all folders share and User folders. Indeed it was related to the
admin" credentials.
Also having the admin the same password as one of the user folder passwords is confusing the system even more.
