Need help recovering from bad firmware update on readynas102

I have an older readynas that had 6.1.1 on it. I tried updating to latest firmware manually - via the web page menu. Afterwards, it will no longer boot up. Raidar does not see it.I tried USB recovery using latest firmware  (6.6.0) and also even 6.2.5 and the backup and power light just flash...

The recovery mode listed here:

still functions. Can someone please help me?

  • USB Boot Recovery didn't work as your USB key had no partition table on it. The system is able to boot off the USB key, but when it looks for the first partition on the USB key to mount it's unable to find one.

Your system should now be fixed.

It's not a bad firmware update but the Release Notes do make the required upgrade path clear. I have sent you a PM.
