Hello,
Last week I updated the firmware of my 2 RN102s. One works fine, no problem, but the other one has serious network problems. I cannot reach the device via the folders on the computer and even logging in via the browser gives problems. The admin page keeps refreshing, not showing the device. Both devices have the same protocols etc.
Please advice me what to do.

If the AV service is enabled on either RN102, you should disable it for now.
If that doesn't resolve it, you will want to download the logs (either from the admin UI or via RAIDar 6.x).

Unfortunately I have no idea what you mean with the AV service.
@JennC: Yes, it's visible in RAIDar. But by clicking the hyperlink to the folders, it keeps on scanning. I cannot get acces to the files.

I disabled Antivirus and I have acces again.

Can you try typing \\ then followed by the IP address of the NAS in the address bar of Windows explorer? How's the LED activities by the way?

Yes it is safe, we recommend to disable this for the meantime. Eng'g team is developing a fix for this and we are expecting it to be released this March.
