I had this adapter for a few months. It has been running on my windows 10 operated computer all the time. Sometimes I had trouble connecting, but it always turned out great. Then when I turned the computer on, it refused to work. I had been on the computer today, played a few games, spoke with my buddy via skype. Turned the computer off, and went outside for a couple of hours. When I returned, and turned the computer on, it didn't have internet. It refused to connect. I don't know why.
I have tried restarting my computer. I tried switching USB ports, trying different cabels, testing my extention cabel, tried the adapter directly into a USB port. Nothing. I tried reinstalling the software, and updating the drivers - nothing. I downloaded the Netgear Genie app too, still nothing. I tried various things, and it doesn't work.
