Wnda3100v2 Orange Light only!

This device has never worked for me in the past, so I gave up on it. This past week, I needed to use it, so I plugged it into a usb port on my pc, and it worked magically. It was amazingly fast! Then I had to start unplugging it and plugging it back in to "reset" it. Now it connects but the light isn't blue, it's orange. The internet speed is now 0.05mbps and I can't do anything with that. I'm on windows 10, I disabled my firewall, I uninstalled the old driver, and reinstalled the brand new one for windows 10. I'm regretting spending 50 dollars on this thing!

    Hi scrum111,

Amber light indicates that the adapter is connected to the 2.4Ghz network of your router. If the router supports 5Ghz, you may try connecting to it and blue light will lit.
