Ac1200 wifi range extender ex6110
I need to reset the password because the previous owner did not prior to me buying the product, is there anyway to reset the password so I can use the extender?

- Is there a reset button/hole somewhere at the back or bottom of the device? If so, press it while powered on for 5-7 seconds

My problem is the during set-up all three lights were green , moved it to the first floor directly above the floor where it was set up, however the power light is green , the Wps is green also and the router is green, but the connect is not lite. If I check my computer it saying its connected . Why isn't the connect green? How can I solve this
have you logged into the extender to check it? Maybe its connected fine and the led is having issues
