Can’t find netgear WiFi network
Just bought a new range extender and can’t find the netgear WiFi network - any suggestions please? I (have to set up manually too as no WPS...

- BlanketyblankAspirantThis appears to be showing up as iinet network but it’s a secure network so I can’t connect? Have done factory reset on the extender but still shows the same... a.m. in Australia if that makes any difference...

1. Have you tried using another device (Android, iOS, tablet, laptop)?
2. Please make sure a proper factory reset is done. Page 34 of the user manual on this may link help out.

It all works until I try to connect the WPS on the Extender with the modem. Green light is flashing, etc. but goes out in two minutes without the router link green light coming on?????

1. To confirm, is the model number of your device the EX6400?
2. What is the firmware version?
3. The extender can connect the a router/gateway and not a stand-alone modem. What is the model number of your modem?
4. Does your other device (modem) support WPS?
