Connected to Extender, but no Internet
I've used the wn300 extender with my Apple computer, iPad, and iPhone for a couple of years without any issues. I just brought home a Windows 10 computer, and it will connect to the wifi of the extender, but it doesn't have internet connectivity. Also, it will connect to the primary router directly when in range without any issues.
I haven't used a windows computer in almost 10 years, so I'm not very familiar with them at all. Please keep any advice in beginners language.
I have already reset the extender back to factory settings. Unplugged router, extender, computer. Then powered them back up one by one. Router (until it was complete), the extender (ditto), and then the windows laptop.
I've looked at other threads on similar subjects, but I haven't seen any related to my specific issue.
Can you please assist?

1. After resetting the extender to factory settings, did you go through the setup process of configuring it to connect to the router?
2. What is the firmware version of the extender?
3. Are you getting an error message on the Windows 10 computer? If yes, what is the error?
