EX6110 Setup
I've followed the set up instructions, lights come on etc, I can 'see' the SSID plus EXT (both 2G and 5G) but when I enter the password (same as for the router) it comes up with 'Incorrect password ...'
Can't get beyond here, so help please.I have reset bothe the router and the extender with no change.
Thanks,

Re: EX6110 Setup
did you set it up using wps?
Sadly, to frequently wps gets coded different between manufacturer's (it shouldn't).
In those cased, try factory resetting the extender and installing it using the installation assistant instead.

Re: EX6110 Setup
the "192.168.1.3" approach?
I mean push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Then follow the installation assistant. heres a video.

Re: EX6110 Setup
I did another reset, and this time managed to connect through the Netgear_ext. The wizard appeared, so I have been able to get the EX6110 running now. Don't know why it wouldn't do it for several previous attempts, but OL now. Thanks for your help.

Re: EX6110 Setup
Glad it worked!
If you mark it solved, it'll keep others from wasting time trying to fix an already fixed issue 🙂
