Did you set up the extender beside the router and then move it to the location you are needing it in?

I am having exactly the same issue on an EX6120 I bought today. Same firmware version, all stats you show are the same. I have a FIOS router and every device in my house can connect on either the 2.4 or 5GHz networks I have configured.

I think I'll just send this back to Amazon, not worth the headache.
