Firmware update fail on EX6200

Question

Hi, I am having trouble with updating the firmware, following the Genie online and also downloading from the Netgear website, both ways fail to update the firmware

Hardware Version EX6200
Current Firmware Version V1.0.3.82_1.1.117
New firmware version 1.0.3.90_1.1.125

both ways ends in the same failure, stating invalid Firmware.

i have tried on multiple web browers and through the mobile app,none are successful.

The Genie app on android is no longer compatible and I cannot seem to find the EX6200 on the nighthawk app. The username is locked "admin" to the Router R6260, and i cannot change to the username to the EX6200.

Any help appreciated

There's a .94 version actually posted now.

When you download the file to manually install it, are you unzipping it?

Some just click on it to open it.

thanks for the quick reply, however i tried and it failed

Firmware upgrade failed. Please check your file.

I downloaded and extracted the file to use only the EX6200-V1.0.3.94_1.1.128.chk.

any other suggestions?

have you tried a factory reset?&nbsp;Are you on windows or mac?&nbsp;

Factory reset has been done, and I am running Windows. I tried to use different browsers too. But that didn't work either.

I am also connected both too WiFi and Ethernet directly to the device. Not sure if that could be a factor as well?
