My AC1200 WiFi Range Extender keeps disconnecting

I just bought the AC1200 wifi range extender 3 days ago and everynight so far it disconnects from the router. I have to wake up every morning and reconnect it. I have restarted the extender and it still disconnects. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

    AC1200 is a speed rating, it's not the extender model number (which starts with an EX).  Can you give us the model number, and the firmware you are running?

     

    Note you do have access to paid Netgear support (my.netgear.com) for 90 days after purchase, so you could also ask there.

      It’s an EX6110. It disconnects every night and I have to reconnect it every morning.

        Bro I have the same product. Mine is not disconnecting at all once connected to my router. But I have different problem, my 5ghz is not connecting to my router at all. Only the 2.4ghz is working fine. I wonder if your 5ghz is able to connect to your router?
