My Netgear AC1750 EX6400v3 Wifi Extender is no longer working and I can't find any info on the model

So, I recently moved out of my home and started using this WiFi extender because my side of the property was further away from the router. I first set up the extender through the website method, which has worked great for the past three months. This week, it stopped out of nowhere. It would show you are connected to the extended WiFi but would not receive any WiFi; when trying to connect to the WiFi on my phone, it would see "address not found."

Next, I factory restarted it and tried to restart it three different times. I did all three possible ways to set up the WiFi extender (Nighthawk app, WPS, and the website method), and it still does the same thing, where all four lights are green, but you would connect to it without receiving WiFi.

I can't find any info on this specific model online. I only see people selling it on eBay, or it directs me to a different model, like the AC1900 Ex6400v3 WiFi extender. 

Was this model discontinued or something?

What router is it connected to? 

What firmware version is on the extender? 

When you have it setup, are you able to log into the router and see it attached? 

Any blocking services setup on the router?
