Router Link LED doesn’t light up any longer, so I have no WiFi connection. Please advise.
I already tried doing the factory reset on this extender and still the Router Link LED doesn't light up. I had been using this extender for over six months and had no problem. My iPhone and iPad was connected and working till now. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I can do? Because the WiFi Router is working fine. Please advise.

1. what router do you have?
2. what firmware is on the extender?
3. are you able to hardwire into the extender and navigate its gui?
4. what are all the led's on it goind? not just router link. color/blinking/solid
5. what method of setup are you using? (wps?)

1) My router is from the cellphone company CLARO in Puerto Rico.
2) The extender is NETGEAR.
3) I don’t know how to hardwire, neither know what is GUI.
4) The CLIENT LINK & POWER are solid green. Since now I have the extender unplugged I don’t remember but I think the WPS was also solid green.
5) I had set it up from the NIGHTHAWK APP.
Sorry, I’m not too good with this technology.
