Unable to setup ex5000 with Tmobile 5g gateway

I have been unable to get to the setup page after connecting to NETGEAR ex5000 wifi. I tried typing in the following: local web address and the IP address with no success.

1. did you go throuogh setup first before going to that page? If so, log into the tmobile gateway for the IP address
2. if you were unable to connect, try a different pc/browser. Also factory reset the extender to make sure its using the default settings

What response do you get?
What ip address are you using? Is the one found in the tmobile gateway?

IP address is 192.168.1.250
error messages: 1) Login Page instead of the new setup page. 2) your request has been rejected. 3) You are not connected to the internet. 4) Unable to connect to the Internet
