WN2500RP WiFi Range Extender cannot configure to new WiFi
I can’t seem to connect to a new network with the WiFi range extender. I’ve gone through all the message boards and suggestions, I’m suspecting that mywifiext.net is down. I’ve even tried the IP address. The website will try to connect between .net & .com, but will not establish between either. Please help!

To be clear - mywifiext.net should get you to the extender web page (which is hosted in the extender itself). If you aren't on the extender network, then it will take you to a placeholder internet page, that tells you that you aren't connected properly. So if mywifiext.net is down, then either the extender itself is down, or you aren't connected to the extender wifi network.
Try resetting the extender by pressing and holding the "restore factory settings" button for 7 seconds (see page 6 in the manual if you need help locating this). Then set the extender up again. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WN2500RP/WN2500RP_UM_9Nov12.pdf
