WN3500RP- Super slow speeds
I use the WN3500RP to game on my xbox one and whenever I run speed tests on the system it says my download speed is about 1mb or 2mb, but never dips above. Any tips/help would be much appreciated!

Re: WN3500RP- Super slow speeds
Also, I have the Comcast Blast wifi plan, which is 105mbps. So with the extender I should atleast be getting 20mbps.

Connect a device wired to the extender and check the speed. Also try moving the extender closer to the router.

I have connected the system with an Ethernet cord to check the speed and I get the same speed. I have not however moved the extender closer to the router.

Can you check the link rate you are getting on the extender's UI?

I'm getting 105mbps link rate for the extender. Where is all this bandwidth going?

Re: WN3500RP- Super slow speeds
I'm thinking I may just invest in a powerline adapter and plug that directly into my router because I cannot figure this out.

Check the firmware of the extender. It may need an update.

Firmware is up to date, on both the extender and the router.

Hi Nickf99,
Please try changing your WiFi Channel as you may be experiencing interference from neighboring networks.
