conecting netgear ext to livebox

Question

Hi Im unable to connect my ac1900 model 6470 to my live box .Ive downloaded the nighthawk app but I keep going round incircles.

eg one of the messages i keep receiving tells methat IM CURRENTLY CONNECTED TO netgear-ext. go to settings , wifi and connect to netgear-ext. sorry this doesnt make sense. Please advise.

Thank you for your help but I discovered the problem was my livebox wasn't functioning due to lightning damage new one now installed and working well.&nbsp;

Factory reset the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on).&nbsp;
Then follow the installation assistant.&nbsp;
