【ReadyNas102】RAIDarアプリ上で ステータスにVolume data RAID Level unknown, Inactive; 0MB(0%)of 0MB used と表示される
表題のとおり、RAIDarアプリにて、ステータスに「Volume data RAID Level unknown, Inactive; 0MB（0%）of 0MB used」と表示されるようになりました。(下記参照) 普段はスマートフォンを介して使用するため、PCからは殆どアクセスしておらず、気が付いたら上記のようなメッセージが表示されていたという状況です。 問題なくファイルにはアクセスできるのですが、これが表示されていても問題がないのか、ご存知でしたら、ご教示頂けますと幸いです。 また、何かしら対処することで表示が消えるようでしたら、その方法をご教示頂けますよう、何卒宜しくお願い致します。Netgear NAS 102 "offline"
I have been running my ReadyNAS 102 for nearly 3 years with no issues. Recently I can no longer access the NAS remotly using readycloud log in. The drive always shows off line. Also, with my Windows 10 laptops I can see the drive and drive folders, however when I click on them they ask for log in credentials. Ive tried adding a windows credential with the log in and password for the NAS, but that did not work. Ive also tried rebooting my modem, the drive, updated firmware, etc. Any suggestions?
