ReadyNAS 102 - ReayCloud won't turn on.
Dear Support, I see the old tread: https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyCLOUD/ReadyCloud-won-t-turn-on/m-p/1018938#M2041 has been signed as closed. Why? The problem is not solved. In the meantime I received the notification of a newer Firmware (6.4.2) (the ReadyCloud issue was created by the ver. 6.4.1). But the issue is still exacley the same. After the .6.4.1 updat: - all network configuration were messed-up - the Webpage and Label Serial number didn't match anymore - the ReadyCloud unable to be turned ON. I bought your NAS due to the remote access to my files. Now are already months that you created this problem and you discontinued a service which drove me to buy this device.
