Hi all, i have to set up several ReadyNas 2120v2 with same settings, i have to do this in an isolated subnetwork (no internet) so i'm using "Configuration Backup" in System menu. I downloaded the "configuration archive" from the first ReadyNas, checking "Everything" button. So i uploaded the configuration file to a new ReadyNas previously upgraded with the same firmware of the first ReadyNas (6.6.0), using the "Restore" function. After the reboot, i noticed that the ReadyNas restored hasn't fully configured like the first ReadyNas. While Shares, accounts and active services are replicated, Host name and Network settings remain unchanged. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.3.5KViews0likes7CommentsPlease explain cause of message "App [msqlr6] invalid configuration found"
During experimenting with setting up SSL for Koken content management system, the system reported a message that I hadn't seen before. (I have since switched back to the standard koken config and the messages haven't reappeared.) In Dutch it reads "Systeem: App [mysqlr6] met ongeldige configuratie gevonden. De configuratiepagina wordt uitgeschakeld.", which (roughly) translates to: "Systeem: App [mysqlr6] with invalid configuration found. The configuration page will be switched off". In addtion there are also messages about Koken: "Systeem: App [koken] with invalid configuration found. The configuration page will be switched off". Has anyone seen that message before? What would be causing the message? Log examples: Thu May 12 2016 18:21:02 Systeem: App [mysqlr6] met ongeldige configuratie gevonden. De configuratiepagina wordt uitgeschakeld. Sir/Ma'am: I have used a Sony SNC-DH280 camera with ReadyNAS Surveillance successfully for several months now. However, when I added a Sony SNC-VM630 series camera to my network, I was unable to configure it with Surveillance. There is no option to select that model in the camera settings page, even though the model is listed as tested and fully compatible (http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RNNVR01L-1000S/ReadyNAS_Cameras_DS_28Feb14.pdf, page 139). I attempted to select the SNC-VB630 as the nearest match, and Surveillance would connect to the camera, but the reported framerate was 17 (vs. a nominal 30) and no recorded video showed up in the playback tool, nor was the camera presented as an option to monitor in the "Remote Live Viewer" desktop application. As an alternate approach, I tried to configure the channel as "ONVIF" as opposed to vendor-specific, but that method was unsuccessful. Configuration data ; ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition RAIDiator 4.2.28 Surveillance 1.3.2.4 Any ideas on appropriate configuration to replicate the results whatever tester achieved in declaring it fully compatible? Thanks in advance for your help! With respect, MikeConfiguration issue with ReadyNAS Ultra 2 Plus on OS 6.2.4
I just upgraded my ReadyNAS Ultra 2plus (x86) from OS 4.2.27 to OS 6.2.4. And Yes, I do know this is not supported by Netgear. I followed the instructions from a previous thread posted on 4/1/2013 R4toR6_Prep_Addon.bin (26 KB) (upload first, don't reboot, avoids the need for manual factory default in between) R4toR6_6.1.9.bin (51.8 MB) (upload after addon) Everything worked fine and the system appears to be running fine, except one small issue. When I view the configuration under "System" then "Volumes", I see the wrong image of my ReadyNAS hardware. What I am getting looks like a Rackmount picture when I am using a Desktop Ultra 2 plus. See below: The picture configuration is correct on the "System" then "Overview" screen. Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to correct this? For now I have two new 6TB drives installed with no data on them yet. Hoping for a quick good answer.Solved8.2KViews0likes4Comments
