Access to Insight VPN is not available
Hello. Anyone knows about any service problems with the Insight VPN Cloud Access? Today (2020-06-03), at noon GMT+2 (approx.), we could not longer connect to the VPN portal (the Insight VPN client did not find any VPN groups). The VPN group ist still in the (mobile) app, but when connected to the BR500 through the "PC Interface", the following message turns up;: "Access to Insight VPN is not available" and under VPN MAP (Dashboard Menu) the following message can be seen : "VPN not open or not join in VPN group.". The Insight VPN client logs in to the user account, but after that the usual screen with VPN group/s does not appear (message: "the VPN Group list is empty".). Very weird, indeed... I need Chrome Remote Desktop to work ASAP. It worked great until I installed the FVS336Gv3 firewall. It is the 5th hour now and still no joy. I can see computers that are online (outside my firewall), but the attempts to connect fails from every PC in my network. CRD works great on my internal network, so local settgs are fine. Its not Kaspersky nor Norton. It has to be the firewall. No other explanation. I need instruction to allow CRD to pass. The needed information from Google: Your computer's firewall may be configured in a way that doesn't let the app work properly. I have a UTM 5 that is running the latest firmware version. I have setup a rule (using a schedule) to shut down all outbound WAN access after 10 PM. However after 10 PM, it is still possible to establish a VPN connection. How do I configure the UTM 5 so that all outbound access including VPN connections are blocked? Note: the simple use-case is to go to the WAN LAN Rules and set outbound to block always (without any allow rules). Beste Netgear. Even een vraag tussendoor. Ik heb een router br500 gekocht bij CP en dit was een opendoos artikel. Nu blijkt bij installeren dat deze al geregistreerd is en ik er helaas niks mee kan. Is er een mogelijkheid dat dit ongedaan kan worden of moet ik een hele nieuwe kopen?
