Loss of wired connection

Hi, I have a switch that works perfectly fine after rebooting but 5-15 minutes later all wired connections simply stop working. So computer, printer, smart tv, etc all lose ethernet access. I also lose access to the switch. The Windows diagnostic mentions Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP. These situation happens both with variable and static IP configuration. As soon as I plug the computer directly on the router, I have internet access straight away. I have the latest firmware installed 2.0.1.40. The switch is connected to the Virgin Hub3 router.
