N300 (Model C3000) No Internet, Power on, All Lights Flash Periodically
Hello all, I have an N300 C3000 that periodically lost internet connection until yesterday when it stopped receiving any signal at all. Typically, the device would lose internet and automatically recycle within a couple of minutes and work fine. I've been putting up with the inconvenience for a number of weeks figuring it had something to do with the ISP. I tried leaving the unit unplugged from everything overnight yet the issue persists. The "power" LED appears solid green and all lights occasionally blink together (roughly 30 seconds apart) inluding one red light (which I think is the power light??). I called Comcast and their tech support confirmed that the device was not receiving any pings sent from them. I live in a large older apartment building and am wondering whether this may be indicative of a unit that's gone bad or wiring issues. Device is not much older than a year. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
