I am a complete beginner with using plex after just purchasing a Netgear 104 NAS but i'm having some major issues. I have downloaded the plex app onto my Samsung G5 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and i am am able to watch the movies when i am connected to the NAS/Plex server via my home WiFi. The problems start as soon as i switch off the WiFi on my devices and click on a movie, then click on 'play'. i get the following error messages: "The server is not powerful enough to convert the video"" I read the suppport fomum on plex and changed my settings and increased the video setting to 'maximum' the 'minium'for both local and while using mobile data. Is there anyone that can help me here!!
