Hi, When my Readycloud starts up it shows me "offline". I think it is because the IP address of my NAS changed as I installed an Orbi WLAN which now servers as the primary node for all my devices (NAS, PC, powerline all by cable, printer by WLAN). Does anybody know how I tell Readycloud the new IP address? Everythind else works: I can access the NAS via web portal and windows explorer and raidar also finds it but in the Readycloud admin page is not accessible. The problem I have is that I almost every day have to pair with a new circle (login to my router and enable circle), because Circle went offline. After login succesfully to my router circle is online again. But I can't manage circle from my iPhone because Circle askes for a passcode and when I ask to send me the passcode Circle does so but I don't receive it on my iPhone (and I am sure -checked twice on earlier occasions - that the correct phone number is used in my Circle account (starting with 0031 (The Netherlands)). I have an active subscription to Circle with Disney. I have contacted Circle support and they tried to help me but didn't succeed in the end. There last reaction was: "I took a look into this for you since you should not be having to setup Circle everyday, but was not able to find a solution for this. Here at Circle Support we focus our efforts on supporting and troubleshooting the Circle device itself. Although we would certainly like to help, and can offer basic troubleshooting steps for wireless routers, we want to be sure that changes made to your settings do not prevent you from utilizing your services the way you intended them to. For this reason, NETGEAR has a team ready to support NETGEAR routers with the Circle software integration."4.2KViews0likes3CommentsOrbi AC3000 and Xfinity router/wifi issues
I just tried to activate my Orbi router and satellite using the phone app. I followed the instructions and everything seemed to go well. The phone app said it was successful! I had also previously put my xfinity dual band router wifi in Bridge mode. But the phone app said the Orbi unit was "off line". I researched a bit and tried rebooting both the Orbi and Xfinity devices. Still showing offline with no wifi available. I could connect to the Orbi wifi on my phone but there did not seem to be any service. Any ideas on what the problem was? I noticed as I researched the issue that a generic Xfinity wifi was still on via my router ( I think the one available to the public). I did not turn this off but I think I can. Is the Orbi compatible with an Xfinity router in bridge mode?ReadyNAS 3138 has error message Bond interface bond0 has slave interface eth3 offline

I then updated the firmware to 6.9.1 but am still getting the same error message. Extract from logs attached.Solved1.3KViews0likes4CommentsReadyNAS 104 online but not available on ReadyCloud
We have a ReadyNAS 104 which we use for backup. It's running the latest 6.8.0 firmware. ReadyCloud is enabled and logged in with an admin account. The admin page shows internet and services available: But when we log into ReadyCloud with the same admin account, it shows the NAS as being offline: We need remote admin for this machine. Any suggestions? Thanks!Solved2.5KViews1like3CommentsCan't connect to cable modem/router; Can't access router login
so... i've been searching around and trying ideas for three hours now. nothing. after a reset, my laptop can connect to the router AND use the internet via WiFi. i was able to use the "routerlogin.net" app once or twice to change my settings back to the way they were, yet no other device would connect and it would tell me the "modem is offline". consistantly, less said times, the router will reset, my laptop will connect with default router settings, my laptop will get internet, and i will get the message that i am not connected via WiFi when attempting to access "routerlogin.net". what the heck is going on here?5.1KViews0likes3CommentsApache2 not starting, admin page is offline, shares and SSH are still available
Over the weekend I set up PHP, MySQL, and phpmyadmin and moved my web-based database to the NAS. Everything worked except the htaccess. I got that working Monday and tested it all out with great pride. Then I rebooted (to replace the UPS) and when it came back up, I could not access my subdirectories in the www share online. I received an email from the NAS saying that there were errors in the PHP install. I went to try to uninstall it, and I got an error that it couldn't be uninstalled. Then all the web pages were down including the admin page. Port 7082 (phpmyadmin) isn't responding either. I used SSH to log in. I tried to restart apache, but it failed saying: apache2[4034]: [error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting I can still access the shares through the network, I can access them through https://readycloud.netgear.com/ as well as my iphone app. I just can't get to the admin page or the www share set up for HTML access. RAIDar says everything is up and healthy. The admin page shows the "ReadyNas Admin is offline" page. Firmware is 6.6.1 - but before this happened it said that was the most current (although I see it's not). What am I missing? How can I correct this?Solved2.4KViews0likes3CommentsNAS Rn104 Warning Volume media capacity 30% to 5% & System volume root's usage
Hi NAS has been offline for many weeks but I could access using local computer and IP address 192.168.... I had tried logging off, Exiting, clearing browser history and rebooting, some variants of which had resolved the Offline problems in the past. My NAS has often been showing "offline" both to local computer and remote computer. sometimes it seemed to resolve by itself. Away on holiday, NAS returned to the following messages 18 Apr 2017 11:27:22 Less than 30% of volume media's capacity is free. NETGEAR recommends that you add capacity to maintain current performance levels. Continuous protection snapshots will be deleted when volume free space is less than 5%. 18 Apr 2017 11:59:43 Less than 20% of volume media's capacity is free. I then couldn't access NAS via IP address (still showing offline) So I then Shut down NAS by pressing power button repeatedly until LED display reported shutting down. (Whilst doing this LED reported free space something like 98%) Took hours to actually shut down and power off. NSA has 2x 1TB Drives installed with less than 5% space used last time I checked Software version last updated sometime last year, cant remember which version. So within 1.5 hours volume media capacity went form less then 30% to less than 5% What's going on? I haven't had time to reboot nor do I want to until i have some idea of what to do. Kind regards Mike3.1KViews0likes4CommentsNetgear NAS 102 "offline"
I have been running my ReadyNAS 102 for nearly 3 years with no issues. Recently I can no longer access the NAS remotly using readycloud log in. The drive always shows off line. Also, with my Windows 10 laptops I can see the drive and drive folders, however when I click on them they ask for log in credentials. Ive tried adding a windows credential with the log in and password for the NAS, but that did not work. Ive also tried rebooting my modem, the drive, updated firmware, etc. Any suggestions?1.9KViews0likes1CommentAdmin only access via discovery, offline error
I am running Firmware version 6.6.1 for weeks with no issues. Now I cannot access the ReadyCloud home page (the NAS icon is grayed out) and NAS says offline. The NAS is actually running, connected properly as I have not changed anything. I rebooted router and NAS. Running Windows10 and it sees the NAS but cannot access, it will not accept my password, however I can access the admin page via discover on ReadyCloud. Also ran RAIDar and everything says healthy. I don't understand how this occurred or how to fix since I did nothing to provoke this.Solved1.1KViews0likes1Comment
