ReadyNAS Is Offline

Hi,

When my Readycloud starts up it shows me "offline". I think it is because the IP address of my NAS changed as I installed an Orbi WLAN which now servers as the primary node for all my devices (NAS, PC, powerline all by cable, printer by WLAN). Does anybody know how I tell Readycloud the new IP address?

Everythind else works: I can access the NAS via web portal and windows explorer and raidar also finds it but in the Readycloud admin page is not accessible.

Sincerely

Carsten

You shouldn't need to tell ReadyCloud the new address, because the NAS will connect outbound to ReadyCloud.  You could try rebooting the NAS, and see if that helps.

    What firmware are you running?

Do you see the green checkmarks for internet access and readycloud access on the cloud page of the admin web ui?

Note that local access to the admin UI is a convenience feature in ReadyCloud, as you can just as easily log in via https://nas-name/admin or https://nas-ip-address/admin.
