Double NAT issue caused by ISP, with R6100 gateway
On my Xbox One, I’m getting a double NAT error. I’m pretty sure this started after we upgraded our internet. Now, I can’t connect to EA servers in battlefield 1. This doesn’t happen in battlefront 1 (Other EA game), and other games, so I’m not 100% positive if double NAT is actually the main issue. Tell me if I might be on the wrong track. Back the the point. I’ve called my ISP and they’ve confirmed they’re running a NAT before my gateway (Netgear R6100). My gateway is also running NAT, so I’m being double-NATed. I’m fairly tech-savy but I don’t know how to fix this without exposing my home network, having it still function, being able to still login to the gateway, etc. Does anybody know how to fix this? Without transferring to a different ISP? It’s not an option.
