ROUTER CONNECTION
2 TopicsROUTER (AC1750) WINDOWS 10 LAPTOPS & WIN 7 DESKTOP WON'T CONNECT TO INTERNET
ALL OTHER DEVICES OTHER THAN ABOVE SUBJECT WILL CONNECT. Tablets; phones ARE CONNECTED. LAPTOPS IS MY PROBLEM .... MUST USE Ethernet to get online with my laptops. But, desktop can't reach same location; so as to connect. Tablets, phones ALL CONNECT great; work fine. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS ISSUE. It is MOST AGGERVATING. I've tried every possible connection option. I believe it is a Windows 10 connection problem. HAS ANYONE else had THIS issue. Purchased the router last week. Tried everyway to connect. ???? ANY ADVICE from someone out there ??? I am most aggervated. ***Also can't check to see if ROUTER needs update. Because my computer shows my old Netgear router on my GENIE APP. ANY answers...ANYONE. I have been trying to access my Nest thermostat remotely but it was offline. Got home and noticed all my devices was offline. Did a speed test and it seem ok, but my devices was still off line. Rebooted the router and problem fixed. My router is on v2.1.3.4. and this is the first drop in connection since update almost 2 weeks ago. Anyone else with same issue?
