Hello I have a client with a 2 bay 102 device. Not sure at the moment what firmware its running but its been in place two or three years, I suspect its not been updated. They have a second site now with a couple of users that will need to retreive documents off the server in a documents folder on the NAS over the internet. What is the best way to do this? Is it Readynas Remote or Ready Cloud. Im a bit out of touch so just need some pointers. At the moment there are just three people in the main office with a desktop link to a documents folder. There are no users set up or permissions or anything like that. Everyone has equal access. I just want to replicate that at the remote site.4KViews0likes7CommentsRN31200 vpn file sharing setup
Hi All, I think this had been asked before but I don't have much information on a sort of step-by-step guide to setting up the vpn sharing for the NAS. I'm currently having issue to configure the RN31200 and the modem Archer D7. I'm looking for a method to access the NAS via the computer file system, just like how Dropbox and Google Drive work, and I think it will require some sort of VPN to be set up. I had install VPN server on the NAS but not sure how to properly set it up afterwards. Could someone please shed some light on the process? Many thanks. -Tommy3.4KViews0likes4Comments
