2 Topicsputta link into the antivirus log entry for the file, to allow ignore, delete, etc).
At present can only ignore scan at directory level this means a single problem file can stop the whole directory being protected i suggezt putting a link into the log entry for the file, to allow the usual options (ignore, delete, etc). So that if you now a file is ok you can stop it being scanned without losing protection for the test of the directory. Especially a problem when a file stops a backup process.Give an option to use external USB connected portable HDD to increase stored log file size
I have a R7000 router. I found out the current log size is very limited and I want it to log 24 hours events. I guess saving log on router has file size limitation. As I know, R7000 router can connect to a portable USB hard drive directly and can use it to do backup files. Why not use it to store the log data file? By doing it, the router can store any large log file size as long as the hard drive has the capacity. I think it is feasible and not hard to implement this as Router can access this hard drive directly and already provided some file back up features. Please Netgear change some configuration to add this feature. That will be great!!
