Hello, So reciently i did a factory reset on my device (a AC1200 Cable Modem Router (C6230)) and after the inital admin password change and security questions it want me to sign into my Netgear account to access the page. Going through the process, even the TFA with the code sent to my phone, the login fails and brings me to a sso.cgi page saying that the "File was not found!" I am unable to get access to my modem's dashboard to inspect things without signing in. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?Solved145Views0likes11Comments
