Ports closed after firmware update
Hi all, I think my Modem was updated by Spectrum (V2.01.18) recently and now a lot of my devices that I remote into are not available. I called Spectrum support and they said that they don't block ports and I should contact the manufacturer and they should be able to open the ports back up. Seems like all my ports except for 8000, 8080, and a couple others are open. The rest are closed. I couldn't find any posts here. Has anyone gotten this problem? Any fixes? Thanks
