R7000 Speed issues
Good Afternoon, I have noticed that over ther past month my WiFi has been dropping and the speed is not what it should be. I have Xfinity 75/10 speed. When I checekied today I was getting between 3-18 downlaod speed.The odd part is that upload is always 12. I reset everything and it did not improve. I thought a firmware update would be the best choice. I was unable to do an automatic update. The online portal kept telling that it could not connect to the netgear servers. I downloaded the file from netgear and I am now on Firmware Version V1.0.7.10_1.2.3 I still have the same issues hardwired to the router or via WiFI. Direct connected to my modem I get 80 d/l speed. Are there any setting in the advanced section that I can changed to pass through the full speed? Thank You JamesSolved5.3KViews0likes15Comments
