Insight Premium Subscription Renewal Receipt

I renewed an insight contract for six GS728TPv2 switches on Aug 22, 2023.  I've never received an invoice or receipt for the transaction.  I have checked my junk folders as well as the spam filter logs for the email.

 

In Account Management, I did find a "Purchase Order History" that lists the transaction, but it does not satisfy the requirements of the accounting group.

 

I've seen others request this information, and some have requested it be placed on the Insight Portal, but I haven't found it.

 

Please direct me to where a proper receipt (image) is stored, showing the amount charged and the transaction date.
