Using Insight and TLS Concurrently

Update 6.0.10.14 for the GS728TPv2 switch added support for TLS 1.2/1.3. After contacting support it seems that TLS is only available if the switch is NOT connected to Insight. This means people paying for Insight are getting a lower grade of service than those who aren't paying. I hope that's considered a bug rather than functioning as intended. I'd love to see an update adding TLS for Insight users.
