Amazon appstore being blocked
Hello to all. Ok, while I am connected to my Orbi WiFi, any device is unable to access the Amazon appstore. I have disabled Disney Circle and Netgear Armor, leaving the Orbi to run without 3rd party addons. This is true for FireSticks and devices with Amazon appstore installed. If I disconnect from Orbi WiFi, on cellular devices I am then able to gain access and if I use cellular devices as a HotSpot for the FireSticks, they once again show Amazon appstore apps and can download and install. If I reconnect to Orbi, I once again lose ability to install Amazon apps.
Up until yesterday evening this was not an issue... I have had both Disney Circle and Netgear Armor services activated on my Orbi and have never had this issue. No new devices have been connected to the network or anything. No changes have been made except for disabling Disney Circle and Netgear Armor to narrow the problem down to the Orbi itself.

Sorry to be so ignorant. Is the Amazon "appstore" the same thing as "Amazon Shopping"? I have only Android devices, and when I search Google's Play Store to load the app, I do not find one called (specifically) "Amazon App Store."

You have to download the app from Amazon directly I think. To answer your question though, no, they are not the same thing. There is the Amazon Shopping app and then there is the Amazon Appstore app, but that's not a problem, opening the app and getting as far as seeing the apps is possible, just won't let me download anything using the app on my handheld devices. But seeing as the problem persists on the Firesticks accessing the same apps, just from a difference and device, the destination they both call to must the same or under similar urls.
The issue is that when you actually get into the apps on the Appstore and choose Install a message pops up saying that the payment has been declined.
On my FireStick, the problem manifests its way that it blocks the traffic from the Firesticks being able to load apps from the Amazon Appstore. On Firesticks below the Recents row there is a row that has all your installed apps. Also, if you long press the Home button, a screen comes up that allows you to see your apps kinds of like the apps screen on an Android phone or iPhone... with the FireStick connected to my Orbi WiFi I get a message that says authentication error occurred...
If I disconnect ANY of these devices from Orbi, the problem disappears. My cell phones if connected to their 4G networks can then install from Amazon. The FireSticks, if I connect them to the HotSpot on any of my phones, that app row I mentioned and the apps section are then populated.
Once I switch back to Orbi WiFi, the problem reemergers.

I seem to recall a recent post about Amazon Prime streaming that was resolved by eliminating a "Double NAT" problem.
Is the Orbi (a) in "router" mode, and (b) connected to an ISP modem that is also a router?
