CBK40 Orbi no longer listed as supported with Spectrum
I purchased my CBR40 in April for use with Spectrum. At the time the logo was on the box. When it arrived, the logo wasn't there but I figured maybe the packaging hadn't updated? I set it up and it worked fine for 2 months, now i'm having major issues.
My speeds are slow. Very slow. I've talked with Spectrum and they tried to tell me that the CBK40 cannot accommodate >200 mbps speeds. This is not true but the CBR40 is now no longer listed on their approved devices.
What do I do? I'm out of the tech support timeline, can't return it, and feel like i'm stuck with a $359 paper weight.

This is my CBK40 online with my ISP back then:
The CBR40 is well capable of supporting 200Mbps as beyond.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON. - vkdeltaNETGEAR Employee Retired
It is listed as supported device up to 400 Mbps

Any progress on this?
