failure to connect orbi to satillite

Purchased new on 8/22/2018. Need phone number for support.
Orbi Router can't find satellite,

What FW are you using on the router?
Was the rourter FW updated before the satellite?
Are you getting a pulsating WHITE led on top of the satellite after its ready?

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Satellite is pulsating WHITE.
