Grandstream VoIP Phone not working Orbi RBR50

I've had my VOIP phone for two years with no problems and about 2 months ago, It can not reach the main host. I worked on this with IT and everything seems correct but it was not connecting. We even did a factory reset. About 3 weeks ago it started work for a day. Now it's back to not working. I need help! FW: V2.5.1.8. Cox Gigabit ISP. Grandstream GXP2140. It has an IP address. michaelkenward @michaelkenwardplemans

  • Give it about 2 minutes before giving up with the phone connected directly. Sometimes the modem takes a minute or two to switch over to a public IP adddress when a single PC or device is connected. Possible the phone won't support that either. Was a thought.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Try the IP phone in the DMZ of the RBR?

Powering OFF the ISP modem and RBR and IP phone for 1 minute, then ON with the modem first, then RBR, then phone still has problems?

Do you have any Armor or Circle or any port forward configurations set?

To rule out phone service issue or Orbi, you might try connecting the phone directly to the modem and see if it connect and the problem changes.
