I need help with RBR20 Orbi and the issue of NAT type 3 on playstation 4

Hi. I bought the Orbi over a year and didn't paid attention of the issue of NAT type 3. I have the Orbi wifi router and one satellite. I just updated the firmware which is V2.3.5.30. Recently, I tried playing Monster Hunter World and each and every time, I cannot join a online session because of an issue with my internet. So, I tested the internet connection of my ps4 and learned what the meaning NAT type 3 is. In the past, there was no issue connecting to Monster Hunter world and played just fine. I sincerely don't know what to do. I need some guidance to see if I could resolve the problem because I really don't have a clue of how to make the NAT Type 3 to Type 2. Thank you.

        the TG2492LG is a modem/router combo device. Its why you're having nat issues. Its called a double nat. It happens when you're running 2 routers on the same networks both running in router mode.

        the 2 easiest fixes? You can either put the arris device in passthrough/modem only mode (contact isp for help with this) or you can place the netgear in AP (access point) mode.
