iphone and all ios devices are not backup since I got Orbi Router

Hi,

I got new Orbi RBR50 router & one speaker satellite 3/26. Since then, all my iphone & ipads are not backing up.

They all automatically backup to icloud before. I tried 'Maunal back up', Turn on & off. Reset ios devices. reset network setting. Reset router setting... But nothing work.

I really like this router, but all 6 ios devices at home are fail to back up. What should I do?

    Are you using the same SSID name and PW on the Orbi system from the prior wifi router? 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      -> No, I changed. I took default name - ORBI39 & make new passowrd.

       

      What Firmware version is currently loaded?

      -> Router Firmware Version V2.5.1.8


      What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      ->Optimum is my internet provider. Modem is Arris TM1602A .

        Try the prior SSID Name and PW? I would recommend not using the default SSID name. Thats mostly to get the system setup initially and users are encouraged to set a different SSID name.
